Nov 8 recap - the storm before the sun?
Well, the episode titled ‘Let Me Hear Your Balalaikas Ringing Out’ really was a stormy one! There were so-called “ugly confrontations” front, back and centre.
- Rory and Jess fight (Jess is back and he’s written a book!! Oy, you can see the chemistry between Milo and Alexis)
- Rory and Logan fight
- Rory fights with her grandmother
- Jess and Logan fight
- The soccer team fights
Oh my what an episode. I love that Jess is back just because the whole Rory-Logan bit was getting stale and I, too, didn’t like the new Rory. What came on gradually in the show was flat out put down by Jess - Rory all dressed up like she was 45 years old working at a stodgy DAR office playing tea party with her grandmother and getting $11,000 bags from a stuck up and party-heavy rich boy (albeit a cute one). Now, there was some inconsistency in the fact that Logan has not been partying hard in the past few episodes but was shown as such in this one - perhaps he’s soon to get the boot from the show.
Then Lorelai and the dog. Paul Anka. Well, he got sick. The significance being he’s picking up the vibe from Lorelai that Rory is not there and there is a void in that room (even though he doesn’t know Rory). Well, then Lorelai gets all upset about not bringing Paul Anka up right and not being a good mother (when we totally know she’s talking about Rory). What makes me nervous is that she wouldn’t choose paint colors for her own house - does this mean she is hesitating with Luke? Or doesn’t want to change a home she shared with Rory?
My guess? Rory will kick her own ass and dump Logan. Probably not get with Jess, at least for now. Will sign back up for Yale. Will live with Lane, then Paris. And Lorelai will come to Rory, not the other way around.

I think everything you say is right but i think rory will go to lorelai, not the other way around
