Or how about when he tried to put down Jess for writing a novel?
He is so jealous of the men that truly loved Rory, but when he has her, he makes her feel miserable at times for the sake of it
He didn’t respect Lorelai when he met her either,remember he stole the ornament from Emily, in front of Lorelai? He is like this ‘cos he is wealthy, and feels superior to them all

there was no moment. i think rory wants to love logan but she doesnt. logan is a spoiled rich selfish self centered brat. never have liked him. i have to be honest. when he was in the hospital i was praying he would die. but he didnt. jess and rory belong together. i dont get why the writers dont understand that! or maybe they do. maybe they like building up all of this emotion so that when it finally does happen it will be truely satisfying! i hope so! i love rory and jess. they belong together. logan didnt even try to get her back in yale. jess woke rory up. telling her where she needs to be! hes perfect. every night at 11:11 im wishing that he comes back! hahahahah. but really. bring him back its what EVERYONE wants! thanks so much

I’m not sure when they fell in love, if they’re in love at all. I mean, Rory says she’s in love with him, but was she not in love with Dean and Jess? I really still hope that at the bottom of her heart, she still has feelings for Jess. I really do. Logan has had a bad influence on Rory. I don’t like that Logan character at all and definitely don’t like the whole Logan and Rory coupling. I hope they don’t stick to that in the end. There are going to be guys in Rory’s life but throughout her life and I look forward to seeing her being independent because she’s been looking forward to school and her career that all of a sudden she’s becoming wrapped up in Logan. okay people… You have to realize that Jess isn’t coming back into Rory’s life in a Romantic way! It just isn’t going to happen! (I wish it would) but after their kiss when milo guest starred i don’t think he and her will be coming together anytime soon! I mean she REJECTED him!!!! After their kiss, she said no and that she really loved Logan!!! So let’s face it, as much as we want Jess to come back into Rory’s life in a romantic way, it’s just not going to happen!
I was watching season 5 the other day and i realized that Logan started to fall in love with Rory at that Yale alumni/ mating ritual that Emily and Ritchard put on! Remember that? When Rory was the only girl at a party with yale alumni and their SONS? Remember when logan asked her which one of the guys she would pick, and when she said i have a boyfriend he was very dissapointed!
I also think that Rory started to fall for Logan when he didn’t invite her to go to that book signing thing that he mensioned to her!
Oh and by the way, i think that the way he calls her “ace” is so cute!!!!!

Okay. I agree with Sydnie, but I never liked Jess. He ran away, and he viewed relationships purely through sex. Examples- the first time they’re “together” as a couple, he kisses her, first thing (I know he did it quite tentively, but either way…). When he’s ticked off in Keg!Max! he wants to *ahem* to get off all of his tension. In the last episode he was on the show, he leans in and kisses her again, just because he wants her back. He doesn’t view dating as companionship. He doesn’t give it the nessacery(sp?) work. Logan actually tries. He does a lot for Rory. And she does the same. It’s an equal relationship. It’s unfair to say he makes her miserable. It’s also untrue. Just speaking my piece.
P.S.- The whole drugs thing is really, really dumb. I mean its the kind of thing that a half-dead immature thirteen-year-old boy hopped up on too much Coke would say.

hmm im not a jess fan Im a Logan fan, but I am going to defend him on the sex thing. He’s not really that focused on sex with Rory he actually liked her. The only time I ever saw him try to have sex with her was in the KEG! MAX! episode, and I’m gonna assume that Jess was not a virgin when he and Rory got together. specially since one time when Rory was mad at Jess for dating Shane, Jess had just gotten a car and she and Lane were looking in it and Jess came by and Lane yelled at him for having a car when he crashed rory’s. He and Rory got into an arguement and Rory told him he left his bra (aka Shanes bra) in the back seat. Also Logan and Rory’s relationship is pretty sexual remember Richard did build her a 40,000 $ sex house lol, plus before he and rory got together he casually dated aka friends with benefits. OH and when he and Rory “broke up” the first time Logan had sex with like 3 woman in a week. I think some people would classify Logan as a sex addict but i would classify him as 22.

Haha , Logan a sex addict! Thats great… i agree more of a horny 22 year old. I think its weird that if Logan was so in love with Rory, then why did he refuse to call her his girlfriend for so long? Remember the whole “keeping it casual” thing until Logan got jealous at a costume party? He also never said I love you until season 6. Rory said it in one of the first few episodes of season 6, and she told Logan he didn’t have to say it back. He didn’t. I can’t remember him saying I love you until he is trying to get Rory back outside of the crappy apartment she had with Paris. Thats not “we’re so in love” behavior. I think he might love her now, but he certainly doesn’t treat her right. He often ignores her feelings, acts spoiled, has cheated on her, and throws her expensive presents to make up for his jackass attitude. And before I get backlash, I agree with Rory that having Honor tell Rory that they broke up isn’t really breaking up. If Logan thought he had broken up with Rory before I slept through Honor’s Bridal party between thanksgiving and Christmas, than he should have actually told Rory! How many people truly in love break up with someone and then go have mindless sex with numerous women as soon as is humanly possible? Not nice guy behavior, in my opinion.

umm i think that he thought the fight in the pub was them breaking up, because she wouldn’t leave with her, and apparently wasn’t taking her calls.. and he wasn’t in love with her until after he slept with the bridesmaids and found out that he did love her when he couldn’t move on. when rory said he loved her, he wasn’t in love with her. And like 3 episodes later he DID say he loved her (in the hallway)

I really hope rory and logan end up together. They are just meant for each other. He helped her to develope her personality. Before rory met logan she was just a funny but very shy and sometime kinda boring girl. Logan helped her to develope a real personality with ups and downs. if jess was a jerk when he was with rory, was because he had real troubles, and in spite of all the mess that he had in his life, he really cared about her. now that he has solved all his problems, and that he has turned into the perfect the perfect couple for rory, we realize that he isn’t coming back. that sucks.

Okay look….. Rory never loved Dean or Jess, I think she wanted to believe she did but she didn’t. She was young. When she was with Jess he wouldn’t let her be herself. When she was with Dean he changed her into someone else. But with Logan she can finally be herself.They are meant to be whether you like it or not. Jess is not coming back so get over it. The moment they fell in love was when they argued. The time outside her door. That’s when their hearts fell in love. But their hearts wouldn’t let them see they were in love until well the moment in the picture. When he changed her, for the better. Into a princess. One of the main reasons why Rory found herself “falling” for Jess in the end of the 2nd season was due to the fact that she could be “herself” around him. In the beginning of the 3rd season when Paris is about to embark on her first date, Rory goes on to advise Paris on how you’re so sure the person you’re seeing/or are with is “the one”. Her dialogues clearly indicate that the person on her mind, as she speaks those words are Jess, NOT Dean. Perhaps it was just an infatuation and maybe they’re not meant to be. Makes sense as the recent episode’s haven’t given the concept of Rory and Jess much importance -.- Maybe Rory and Logan are meant to end up together (Not as if I have anything against Logan) but there’s no denying that the charm which Rory and Jess possesed as a couple was unique and and adorable in its OWN WAY.

Doesn’t everyone remember the 22.8 mile scene? when rory told him that she was going to yale and he said it’s 22.8 miles away!!! I thought that was soo sweet and yes, i have to ammit he was a little imature, but he changed now. I remember when rory got the letter to go to his place in new york (lol, i can’t remember wat it’s called), and she smiled. She has to relize he’s the one!!!!!!!!!!

I’m sorry, but to all of you that think Rory should be with Jess or Dean or whatever, why are you even leaving a reply here? That just doesn’t make any sense. And people are actually starting to get mean, calling each other idiots and that kind of stuff, and saying Logan drugged Rory. Jeez, relax people. It’s totally okay to say your opinion, but try to say it politely. To those of you that indeed do that, I guess I thank you. Lol.
I myself am a big Logan-lover and I think he is perfect for Rory. He might not be a perfect person, everyone makes mistakes and he has too, I know. Hell, at times I wanted to beat the crap out of him, too! But all in all, I think he is the best guy for Rory. I liked Jess for a while, but then he left so suddenly and without leaving a note, and suddenly I didn’t like him very much. That mistakes was just too big a one, after my opinion. Over the years he has matured, yes, but for me he’ll never be perfect for Rory. Maybe because they are too alike, maybe because I just don’t “feel” them, I don’t know.
Anyway, to answer the actual question, when did Rory fall for Logan, I think it was when they jumped. There was something so sweet about that moment, and the two of them for sure looked happy. Logan pushed Rory to do something she would never normally do, and the fact that she actually gave in, tells me, that she was already quite fond of Huntzberger.

Haha, I have to laugh at some of you people.
There is no way Logan would ever drug Rory, plus the champagne she drank at the LDB gathering was handed to Logan by Finn; would Finn seriously want to drug Rory? I think not, there would be no point. And to those of you who are ‘arguing’ (for lack of a better word) about who is better for her, it’s just stupid.
Look, Logan is who he is. Yes, he’s rich and his parents are idiots for what they’ve done, but that in no way should reflect on Logan. I mean come on, you can’t choose who your parents are. Yes, it may have taken Logan a few more episodes to tell Rory he loved her but trust me sometimes it just takes a huge fight or a seperation for people to realize they love each other.
As for the whole bridesmaid thing, I have to agree with whoever mentioned the part about this having been his first big relationship. It was and while that may have been his fault, it’s a misunderstanding. It was their first major fight and anyone could think it was a breakup, even if the words weren’t mentioned. Yes, it was horrible for Rory to find out from Honor that they were ‘broken up’, but it’s not like Logan told Honor to tell Rory that.
Not to mention you shouldn’t blame all of this on Logan…Rory is her own person; she wanted to steal the yaht, she wanted to do the whole LDB thing, she wanted to do the internship (mind you Logan even advised her against it) and she did it all. It takes two in a relationship, so don’t just blame Logan.
Jess was hot (I will admit it), but was he really perfect for Rory? How many times has he left her without saying Good-bye? Twice if my memory serves me correctly…after the car accident and because of the whole prom/grades thing. Not only that, but he tells her he wants to be with her and expects her to leave Yale and go off with him. And then we have Dean who broke up with her because he ‘wasnt a part of society’. If he loved her so much why would he leave like that? And should we forget how he cheated on his wife with Rory. What’s to say he wouldn’t cheat on Rory?
Rory totally fell for Logan before they jumped when she said the whole ‘You jump, I jump Jack.’ She just didn’t realize it for awhile. Logan knew he felt something for her when they started the no-strings relationship; he was jealous of her and Robert at Finn’s party. He fell in love during the time they were ‘broken up’ and it took the jaunt with the bridesmaids for him to realize it.
You can all think what you want to think but Dean and Jess aren’t coming back and the thing with Marty? I doubt it’ll go very far. She’s made it clear twice that she loves/likes Logan. He just needs to get the hint.

I sooooo agreew with everything Ellie says. I think Logan is so perfect for Rory. Before Logan entered her life I had all sorts of doubts about her becoming the next Christiance Armanpour. Yes, I will admit Logan was not so good at this whole boyfriend thing, but he has gotten better, and boy when he’s good, he’s reeeeally good. He is such a romantic, and so smitten bu her it is refreshing to see Rory get that. Not just the puppy love she had wtih Dean, or the forbidden love she had with Jess, but the combination of it all, mixed in with a whole lot of passion.
Rory is ‘living’ when she is with Logan and I am thank-ful that ASP gave her that.
Rory and Logan are great together, they compliment each other, they bring out the best in one another. They balance each other out. He’s the ying to her yang.

Some interesting theories, and so much hate for the beautiful Logan - don’t understand how anyone can hate Logan, but anyway…
I’ve just been watching the Season 5 DVDs, so this question intrigued me. Here’s what I think:
Logan started falling for Rory when she told him he spoke to Marty “like Judi Dench”. She got his attention with her serious debating skills. Of course, being Logan, it was more about the chase at this stage. Then, in Norman Mailer, I’m Pregnant! inviting her to the LDB gathering shows it’s about more than the chase. I think at this point, he’s got it bad for her, but he doesn’t realise it.
When Dean dumps Rory and she starts crying, that’s the moment. He’s caring and supportive and not a smartass. Of course, it takes him a while before he’s ready for the world of mature relationships.
Rory, on the other hand, spends most of this time in complete oblivion (same as she did about her feelings for Jess). She’s too busy being “irritated” with Logan to realise how attracted she is to him. The stunt in But not as cute as Pushkin finally wakes her up and by the time we get to Come Home, she’s finally succumbed to the seductive powers of Logan Huntzberger. Who can blame her?

How can you not love Logan the only reason I would want Logan to go is if they get DEAN back I mean come on what is with you a JEss hes weird Dean is the perfect boyfriend and husband for Rory I would marry Dean. But that wi=ould never happen so I love Rory and Logan as a couple. I hope and wish this is what will happen in Season 7’s ending Rory and Logan will have SEX and Rory will be having a baby and Logan and Rory will have to make a decision in their relatioship to either move forward or let it go

I am a Logan fan. Logan and Rory are cute together and he is really cute, there are over a thousand pictures of him in my room(not literally)and a few of Rory’s. Logan and Rory belong together, they are the most important reason I watch GG, i also watch it for the funny times with LG and Emily. If Logan and Rory broke up I don’t think I would watch GG again(i would probably watch it but not so interested in it, like i am now). To the point, I don’t really know when they fell in love. But I know they really luv each other. Rory brings out the good in Logan and so does Logan to Rory. I love them together, I don’t care about all you haters( I would tell you to go to hell but i am a christian). To all you Logan fan, peace. NO! People have to understand that a relationship has its ups and downs. Logan screwed up… he was mistaken though, if rory didnt really love him then she would not have taken him back. They go through everything together and even when they do fight they make back up because when people are in love, they make the effort and go for what is right! Rory and Logan are right!
Replying to some of the earlier comments, Jess screwed up to but you guys still seem to like him! I dont understand why you are giving Logan such a hard time when Jess has done just as bad. Ohh and whoever thinks that Logan used drugs on rory, please get some help, the only reason you probably think that is because your on drugs your self

Ohh My They were perfect together if the show ends tonight without Rory and Logan getting back together(which i doubt will happen) or dont have a comeback show to show that they are together again in the future i will literally hate this show and wish that i had never began watching it….they were perfect and he changed so much for her…..The ending to this series is so stupid…its wrong…All i have to say was that i was a loyal fan but after this whole Rory turning down Logan’s Proposal thing i think i’ll never watch the show again…Good Job Writers for ruining a perfect show.

OMG you all talk about how perfect Rory and Jess are together. Jess was horrible. Jess wasn’t there when she needed him most, Jess left her without any warning, Jess made her love him and left her, Jess stole her bracelet, Jess stole her away from a guy, Jess didn’t respect her mother, Jess lied to her about his black eye, Jess yelled at her when she came to check up on him and wouldn’t make out with him, Jess skipped school to get money. I know you all like him because he’s hot, and I agree, he is. But Jess is not the right guy for Rory. Like Logan, he didn’t appreciate what he had enough. Though Jess got her back in Yale he also tried to convince her to run away with him.
In my personal opinion, I think Dean was the best for her. Dean took care of her, loved her, and was always there, even when she wasn’t his. Granted, Dean treated Lindsay like trash and made a bad decision about him and Lindsay and occasionally lost his temper, he was the best. He only lost his temper because Rory loved another guy and he could sense it but hoped it wasn’t true. I do think, however, that he threw Rory out of his life a little to quickly at that party and didn’t let her explain, but over all he was the best for her.
The problem with Logan was he was a 50/50 guy. You can’t fully depend on Logan to always be there. Though sometimes he could be really sweet, under him is the rich brat he was raised to be. Logan didn’t treat Rory like she deserved and couldn’t be fully relied on.
Remember, this is my opinion so don’t like jump all over me if you don’t agree.

Until i watched the 5th season i was dead set in love with Jess. I thought he was hot and sexy and just perfect for Rory even after everything her did. But then on came Logan. Now I love Logan. Have to say it first and foremost. He is gorgeous and in my opinion, absoloutley perfect for Rory.
I agree with whoever it was that said he is the ying to her yang. He keeps up with her intelectually and though he doesnt always get her pop culture refrences he loves her. He can almost speak as fast as her and Lorelai and i think that alone earns him the respect he deserves.
Logan is the perfect mix between Jess and Dean. He has Dean’s protectivness and sweetness, and Jess’ outgoing and dangerous side. Along with little things unique to his personality.
In answer to the question i think Rory fell in love with Logan at the Gilmore Meat Market when he comforted her after Dean dumped her and i think he fell in love with her during their seperation when he tried to move on by sleeping with Honors friends. He couldn’t get over her and that’s when he realised he loved her and didn’t want to live without her.

And it was really sweet when Logan said that Honor“s boyfriends was not the one who was going to marry the heir of the hunzberger fortouin, she is.

Sooo, I don’t know if anyone is ever gonna read this, or even respond to it, because it has been a long time since we last saw Rory and Logan on the screen..
But I think, to answer the question, Logan fell in love with Rory when he first saw her and later, when they argued over Marty, when he comforted her after her break-up, and when he tried to draw her attention by setting up the “fight’ in “But Not as Cute as Pushkin” and so on.
But he realizes it when she tries to break up their whole “no-strings-attached” arrangement, because at that point, he feels that he does not want to lose her, not even if it means getting serious.
As for Rory, I think she fell for him from the beginning because she was irritated and attracted by the same time by his behaviour, but wouldn’t admit it to herself.
I personally don’t think that their jump in “You Jump, I Jump, Jack” had much to with their falling in love, but that is just my own opinion.
I guess I was a big Jess-fan at the time he was on the screen, and I really wanted him to get together with Rory, therefore I really liked the episode “They Shoot Gilmores, Don’t They?” where Dean breaks up with Rory because of Jess, and also the epsiode when they first kiss. But later on, I started to dislike him, partly because he made so many stupd things and wasn’t exactly acting mature, or at least responsible, so I was relieved when he left, though I think I always like him more than Dean, which is why I was kind of sad when Rory told him that she did not want to come to New York with him, in “Last Weeks Fights, This Week Thights”. So that is my opinion about Jess, and I also think that ASP would have involved him more in the other seasons if he(Milo) had not been so determinded to leave because of his break-up(in real life) with Alexis. But I think it was nice that he made a short combeack epsiode in season 6, though he was not the same Jess as before.
According to me, I could never get over the fact that season 7 was not the Palladino’s work, therefore I am pretty sure there would have been a different finale, especially for Rory and Logan, which is why I kind of not count the last Season except for some nice momnets between, them, but the show was just not the same it was when ASP and her husband were still involved.
I don’t want to tell anyone to go to hell, because I think it is childish to get so upset with such a thing, you can have your opinion and have discussions , but that’s it. And sorry, but what is with that whole “drugged” thing going on? Where did that come from?
And by the way, could someone explain again what Literati means, or what other “codes” there are? I am just curious…
But I am still desperately sad that Logan and Rory had to end like this, and yes I think he is really cute and they are the cutest couple ever, and I also thought they would make a nice “real-life” couple too, but I guess they weren’t attracted in that way to each other without a camera running.

isnt obvious from the title “you jump, i jump jack” that rory and logan are meant for each other? was titanic not one of the greatest love movies ever made?i mean the entire episode is practically titanic but more modern and realistic. rory had the choice to run away with jess and she didnt because she was over him, so everyone else just needs to get over him too. logan is rory’s christopher, and just like chris and lorelai belong together, rory and logan belong together. chris and logan are lorelai and rory’s jack dawson : ]

Okay I know I said all that anti-Jess and Logan and 100% Dean before but I want to change my opinion a little. So Jess, yeah still not loven him, still agree with what I said before. Logan, however, I’ve changed my mind. After seeing the 7th season, I learned to love him. I still like Dean the best but Logan is a VERY close second.
I’d like to end with a comment that may anger some. I just want to say before I state it that I have watched each episode on every season at least 15 times and evaluated them all closely. So I want to say that to be honest that it’s not all three didn’t deserve Rory its that Rory didn’t deserve them. Rory (I don’t hate her, just so you know; I love her like a sister. I just am being honest about her love life) treated guys like dirt. She wasn’t good to them. Let’s start with Dean: fought against his opinion (”That Damn Donna Reed”) wouldn’t tell him she loved him at first (”Star Crossed Lovers and Other Strangers”) and she strung him along when she knew she no longer loved him. Oh- lets not forget season 4-5 she slept with him when he was MARRIED. She could wait till the seperation or at least divorce. She broke up his marrage AND dumped him afterward. Lets move on to Jess: she kissed him but went back to Dean (”I Can’t Get Started”) she yelled at him for having a girlfriend while she was with Dean (”Haunted Leg”) and yelled again while they were dating for him showing up with a black eye even though he said he didn’t want to get into it (”Swan Song”). Then kissed him in season 6 while she was with Logan making him think she was interested (”The Real Paul Anka”). I don’t have time to get into Logan because dinner is ready :) but let me just say: she forced him to be a boyfriend boy, she complained when he slept with a girl while they were broken up, and finally after all she put him through making sure he was 100% hers she turned down his marrage proposal. NOT COOL! So some may be mad, but I’m speaking my mind, Rory is not a great girlfriend. Those guys went through so much for her and she cast them aside and treated them like dirt with no thought. I don’t think she deserved them.

I don’t understand you people. You all look at Logan’s faults and don’t try to see just how much Rory means to him.
Ok, he behaved strange in the beginnig, and he stole that ornament from Emily, but he leads one screwed up life.
His mother is a harpy, his father isn’t going to win the best dad award any time soon, the only person that really loves him for who he is is his sister.
Love for him was a game, a way to get girls in bed. Rory was the first girl he wanted to have by his side, but he never had any relationship, he didn’t know what to do, he was scared.
When she told him she loved him, he told her that he had said those words to so many girls before without any meaning and didn’t want to do that to her. Then he realized that he really did love her when they fought and he almost lost her.
When he left for London he gave her that rocket, and it was about that part in Twilight Zone, and Rory gushed to Lorelei that it was ‘true love’.
I think Rory made a big mistake as she told him she wouldn’t marry him, but I think that there might be a movie or even season 8 and that they’ll meet again in New York. Rory wouldn’t just let him pass by. She loves him.
They’re just like Luke and Lorelei.

hey give logan a break he does the best he can although i do agree that jess and rory were a PERFECT couple that was then this is now it was logans turn but soon she will find the perfect person for her and when he asks her to marry him she wont have to think about it. I know it sounds gushy but its true Lorelei was right when she said that Rory will have hundreds of guys in her life and she WILL find the right person!!!!
