    this episode was good but not great. it didn’t feel likt the gilmore girls episodes a long time ago, when it first started. at times, the scenes went really slow. Gilmore Girls isn’t what it use to be anymore.

    They need more quirky scenes between Rory and Lorelai. The raquetball scene rocked.

    Nikki, I kind of agree with you. Dave Rosenthal has yet to master the Language of the Palladinos.

    I heard but not watched. I hope all the fans who that like me have been let down by season six and like me said that they would not watch season 7 (at least not until the Luke and Lorelai situation has not been fixed)indeed turned their back on the show.
    Like many fans I am not living down the new Chris and Lor romantic escapades that are planned for this season. I am not watching the Chris and Lor story. Not to mention the insane story of Luke’s long lost daughter. That is not why I became addicted to the show up until the appearance of April. This is not Gilmore Girls. They should rename it.

    The show as it is does not deserve loyalty.

    I liked it, but it was definitely sad. The actors were fantastic as always. It was quite well written. Even if both Luke and Lorelai made alot of mistakes in their relationship, you can’t help but feel sorry for them. I know they’ll probably be apart for the first part of the season - but eventually, I know they will end up together. I want to experience the journey with them

    According to tvguide, an average of 4.55 viewers tuned in to watch GG. It was the CW’s second highest viewership so far (behind Top Model). It’s basically on par with last season.

    Kelly, I just saw that too. I’m glad the ratings were good.

    The trailer for next week looks really good. It looks like Lorelai finally feels the heartbreak.

    It was ok, but it just felt different. I wasn’t as upbeat and Loralei wasn’t her usual perky chatty self.

    I thought it jumped around a lot… scenes seemed rushed to pack it all in. I am glad that Lorelai woke up and freaked out a little with Chris, but she didn’t freak out enough.

    Babbette’s intimates and Paris’s SAT school had potential to be a lot funnier and I thought they just kind of dragged. I was happy to see the development of Luke’s feelings though. He was angry and upset and indecisive just enough… it was well played that he took his indecision about Lorelai out on the T-Bird. The rocketship thing was bizarre though… cute once Rory figured out a logical explanation, but weird that Logan didn’t say something about why he gave it to her. Stupid that he got her a ticket for christmas, since on the show it is still May…. 7 months of waiting! Its like he doesn’t want to see her, which is really going to hurt Rory I think.

    IT S GREAT THE FIRST THE NEW EPISODE. I AM VERY HAPPY ABOUR THE STORY AND SHOW. YES Kelly, I just saw that.I am glad the rating good. I think it will be good contiune show next week…Lauren and ALEXIS ARE DOING GREAT ACTRESS…ITS LOOKING GOOD ON THE SHOW..

    The Sherman-Palladino duo were genius - but, Rosenthal is hitting the mark. Here’s hoping there will be an 8th season plus.

    I am so upset that luke and lor have broken up. How can you be that much in love and throw it all away because there were some hard times. How can you throw it all away because you slept with the father of your child - who by the way looks like he just got out of boot camp - If luke does not end up with lor, i swear, it will be the biggest upset in TV history. I love luke.
