  Wow, Lauren was so funny at the beginning of the video and Alexis’s expression! Priceless. I’m excited to see which way Lorelei will go.

  i got it last week i’ve become very fluent in gilmore-ise…..and then i knew i was right after reading the spoilers….she’s saysing that she has no clue what she truly thinks or feels anymore becuase ever since she was a kid she had to always go against her parents.

  I think I know what she’s trying to say.

  Lorelai has always rebelled against what her mother wants for her life. She’s questioning the theory that maybe:

  instead of actually making up her own mind and doing what she truly really wants to do…that since she has always rebelled against her mother that she just automatically does the opposite of what her mother wants instead of ever thinking about it herself. i think for example is, her mother has ALWAYS wanted her to be with Christopher and I think possibly in this episode she is thinking……”have i always went away from christopher because my mom wants me to be with him.” she thinks that hey maybe she never does what she really wants to do. it seems like she’s kind of freaking out to think that what she wants for her life could actually be what she wants to.

  for a really silly example…lets say emily wants lorelai to wear the pink dress to a banquet, and really deep inside lorelai likes the pink dress better but since her mom suggested the pink dress without even or ever realizing it she automatically selects the yellow dress just inspite of emily. so lorelai is saying….what if all along i wanted to wear the pink dress but since my mom wants the same thing it is holding me back from wearing the pink dress.

  that was a silly example…but hopefully that helps hehe.

  i think she’s talking about dating christopher in the trailer though, we’ll see. ya know lorelai, so confusing :-)
