Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Christopher (David Sutcliffe) have begun to date, and although Lorelai is finding it difficult to fully commit to the relationship, Christopher keeps coming up with romantic dates to win her over.
Back at Yale, Rory (Alexis Bledel) meets some eccentric new girlfriends at an art exhibit, and Richard (Edward Herrmann) becomes a guest lecturer.
April (guest star Vanessa Marano) comes to stay with Luke (Scott Patterson) for a few weeks while Ana (guest star Sherilyn Fenn) is out of town.
Finally, Emily gets arrested and Lorelai has to bail her out of jail.
Melissa McCarthy, Liza Weil and Matt Czuchry also star. Victor Nelli directed the episode written by Gayle Abrams - The CW
OMG, that trailer! I really don’t want to like Christopher, but oh, I am a romantic. Dammit!

As much as I hate Chris thats really sweet of him, Luke never did anything like that for Lorelai.

I know a majority of the fans love Luke & they want him for Lorelai, but (dang!) Christopher can be sooo cute.

I think this episode is going to be really cute, even though it is about Lorelai and Christopher.
I’m glad April is coming to stay with Luke. I think that will be good for him. And maybe her presence will eventually help bring the turn around for him and Lorelai.
The whole thing with Emily getting arrested just sounds funny. I can’t wait to see it!

Luke is awesome. he waited forever for lorelai and he loves rory…Christopher is rory real dad but he always does something to hurt Lorelai…

OMG!!!!!!! I could NOT agree more with you people! I HATE Christopher and if he hurts Lorelai AGAIN I don’t know WHAT I am going to do. Luke IS awesome and he HAS waited forever for Lorelai. I say to Luke don’t give up and keep trying my man!!!!! It will be VERY amusing to see why Emily gets arrested. I can’t wait for this episode… to sock Christopher in the FACE!

My crystal ball is telling me that Luke and Lorelai will eventually get back together. It’s only a matter of time. Christopher and Lor have a past, but Luke and Lorelai have a future. Luke will get over her sleeping with Chris. You just watch.

ok, so I hate Chris…..He is a slimy, weasely loser, and the fact that he is trying to snake his way back into Lorelai’s life makes me want to puke in his shoes! Everyone knows that Luke and Lorelai couldn’t have worked, even though that’s what we all wanted, but for her to end up with Christopher!?!?! She’s too good for him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok…i just saw the whole episode 4 and just wondering…did ms. patty have gastro by-pass surgery because she looks like she has lost about 100+ lbs. Either she’s sick or trying too lose weight. Either way she looks fantastic. YEA MS> PATTY!!!she if that is true somebody.

I’m a Luke and Lorelai fan and always will be but I don’t know I’m starting to like Chris a little bit more. Hes bailed on Lorelai a ton and always does stuff to hurt her, but I think this time hes really trying to make it work. I heard their going to get married in another country omg that would be so horrible! I mean god I know shes on rebound but a rebound marriage is really big. The new people who write the show are getting on my nerves.

I’ve was a steady fan for the first 4 years and felt that this was really exceptional tv. But Rory’s bizarre destructive attraction to Logan and all that glitz and privelege that comes with such a connection, and now Lorelai’s jumping from Luke to Chris, makes no sense from everything we know about these characters. Lorelai and Rory used to have depth, and wit, and and compassion. Now there’s nothing. I still watch because my son continues to be a fan but it is such a huge disappointment.
