  Eww… the humore that dave r. is trying to make sound like ASP sounds just… awkward. I was sitting there, listening to it, and couldnt help but think, ‘ew. sounds so… awkward’. it sounded like a bunch of blabbing. I mean, hes doing an ok job and all, except I dont like how hes trying to repeat ASP humor.

  I don’t think so. I think this episode was fantastic. It made me laugh, especially Rory’s lines. When she kept whispering “peppermint” it was so funny and I loved the line, “Kid took my antlers. She took my antlers and galloped away.” LOL This episode really made me love Rory again. I still hadn’t recovered fully from how annoying she was during the latter half of season five and six because of her relationship drama, but I love her now because she’s starting to get back to that confident, funny attitude she had.

  Lauren Graham was awesome as well. She made me laugh with her talk of being Santa’s dry cleaner. And she made me feel melancholic as she walked through the winter snow to the mailbox to mail off the reference.

  I was able to read every emotion that played across her face:

  What it would have been like if things had worked out with Luke?

  I’ll never get that chance again.

  I have to make the best of the situation I’m in now.

  It was like she was wishing she could do things over but at the same time realizing that she and Luke are on different paths in their lives now and she has to accept that. I’m not saying that is how it will actually play out, but that’s what I think hit her as the snow started to fall.

  Zuzzy, you will be able to see how it would be if things worked out because a few episodes after Lorelai divorces Christopher she begins dating Luke again. Dave R. even wants to end the season with Lorelai and Luke married and Lorelai expecting a baby, though that might be a bit much to think.

  Jess, is this a reliable spoiler?? While I would love to see L/L together again, wouldn’t it be a little too soon with the marriage/pregnancy scenario - why not just a marriage and seque into the pregnancy in the 8th?

  I read that spoiler too. It was in the Ask Ausiello FAQ this week. He commented that Dave Rosenthal would like to end the series that way. Although he did point out that series doesn’t necessarily mean the end of this season, since they are currently in negotiations for a season 8.

  Other rumors going about is that Lauren Graham is willing to look into a new season, but that Alexis Bledel is proving to be a tougher sell since she wants to move onto other projects. It’ll be interesting to see how it plays out.

  The other (somewhat scary) rumor is that the CW is working out a plan B if Alexis won’t sign a contract where the show will focus more on Luke and Lorelei and dealing with the new pregnancy, and they would have Rory make occasional appearances during the fall and spring sweeps.

  That would be horrible, I hope if that is their last option that they just end the series this year instead.

  New GOOD stuff on crazy-internet-people!!!!:

  “Today my daughter finished her finals and said “let’s go to the WB tour to celebrate”. Who am I to say no?

  So - the big news is Luke’s boat is no longer in Lorelai’s garage. The garage was pretty much empty. The boat was there Monday, and gone today. Happy to say it was moved to be worked on, so hopefully we will see it in an episode soon. And the chuppah was moved over to the side of the yard where it is supposed to be. Things are looking up, I’d say. *insert dancing bunny here*”

  “In my tour post I forgot to include that they were filming today on the Yale soundstage. Alexis and Matt were both there, though of course we couldn’t go in.
  One new set on that stage is a new apartment for Logan, according to our guide.”

  Good stuff! Good good good stuff!!!

  Note: They have already filmed episodes 7.15 definitely, not sure about 7.16, 7.17, and so on. So who knows when these things will take place on the TV screen.

  Oh, and I would like to offer a little advice. All Gilmore lovers, steer yourself away from Ask Matt on TV Guide. All they say regarding Gg is in the negative form. I would like to ask Matt and the people who ask him these negative questions relating to Gg if they even saw the last episode, because it was extremely good. Just a tip to everyone who does not want to be depressed by people’s (no offense to anyone who has asked Matt anything) stupid opinions on a show that is bouncing back.

  Here is a new thing from Spoilerfix, the description for episode 7.14 “Farewell, My Pet”:

  “Two days after his by-pass surgery, Richard is on the road to recovery, and Rory returns to Yale, where she finds that Richard’s economics class is now being taught by an attractive young professor, Tucker Culbertson (guest star Cameron Bender), who flusters Rory with his charm. While Lorelai tries to distract herself from the issues in her marriage, she and Sookie focus on planning a funeral for one of Michel’s beloved dogs. Finally, Christopher returns ready to talk, and he and Lorelai discuss the main problem that has haunted their marriage - Lorelai’s feelings for Luke. Kelly Bishop, Keiko Agena, Liza Weil and Matt Czuchry also star.”

  From this, I wonder if Lorelai and Chris separate in 7.13 or if Chris just gets extremely mad at Lorelai?

  Yeah I was pretty sure that they got separated in 7.13 and then I guess Chris just shows up and they talk about what happened. They need some closure, and I guess that will be it.

  No, what happens (I am guessing) is that Chris finds the letter, they fight, Chris walks out, Lorelai does not see him until 7.13 where he is not happy that Luke is there and what not, so they end the marriage, then in 7.14 they really talk about what happened.

  Ah. Sorry. I though what you posted was 7.12 spoiler. It was 7.14, sorry, my bad. Im easily confused. It makes more sense.

  Here is what I’m putting together- In 7.13, Lorelai tells Christopher that she cant do it anymore. Him getting constantly angry, not answering calls, ignoring her, that thats not what a marriage is about. So she tells him she wants a divorce, ends her marriage. Christopher tries to change her mind, Lorelai wants him gone, etc. In 7.14, Christopher arrives and tries to fix things, like he usually does. But, I dont think that Lorelai will come back to him. And I am pretty sure that (I read this somewhere, as I posted before), Luke and Lorelai begin dating again. I’m not sure how the writing team will make that happen, since it’s kinda awkward, but we’ll have to wait and see.

  And again… This is just what Im getting from spoilers. No postively sures.

  Exactly. That is most likely that something like that will happen. And when Chris does come to talk in 7.14, I kind of want them to talk. I mean, I don’t want them to get back together, yet I don’t want them to fight. I just want them to talk about what happened and get the closure they have needed since the second season.

  They are definitely not getting back together since they have already said that Luke and Lorelai are getting back together. I am pretty sure they will just talk about what happened and why the marriage went bad.
