  OMG, I watched the director’s cut and totally cracked up when Kirk came out in the cow mask! HAHA!! I miss the town meetings! I miss this Gilmore Girls, with all the crazy townies! I can’t wait until Tuesday! I have been waiting too long! I mean I have been watching all my DVDs because I am desperate for a new ep!

  There’s new stuff on crazy-internet-people.

  First, Lorelai and the Rory and Logan break up.

  “I was told that Lorelai really wouldn’t have much of an impact on the R/L break-up(of course that’s just someone’s interpretation).”

  Then, money problems?

  “I just wanted to inform you guys on something I was reading at my local grocery store. It was in a USA Today newspaper explaining shows that were on the bubble, and which weren’t going to make it. Gilmore Girls was mentioned, but not as any of those. Gilmore Girls is hung up because of the money, which means contracts are up in May and it will cost each of the stars more.”

  Then the filming schedule-

  “Sorry didn’t get a chance to go through the previous thread regarding that when they finish filming thing (so if it was cleared up I apologize in advance) - they finish the end of this week so their official filming hiatus starts next week. That’s unless pickups are needed then they’ll be back next week to film them.”

  Some info on the sets-

  “The Yale set is coming down (won’t need it for season 8 anyway) but the DFI, Lorelai’s house and the mansion are still up.”

  Then a tiny bit about the scene in which Lorelai sings to Luke-

  “Oh Lorelai is actually drunk. That’s a fact. Actually, tipsy would be a better word.”

  Then a little about Rory’s graduation-

  “Richard’s definitely at Rory’s graduation….”

  Then, in the episode of the graduation-

  “it seams Rory & Lorelai ride in the horse carriage”

  Then there is a recap of the latest TV Guide Podcast. There should be a transcript soon.

  “MA knows what the last scene is and he will have more on that next week. And he will reveal whether or not it is those famous 4 words from ASP. Plus the things looking up? They are but for all he knows it could end this season. Talk about a vague answer.”

  Then there is some about the last episode and the mystery party that Lorelai tells Luke they have to cancel. I guess it isn’t really a mystery anymore, we now know that it is Rory’s graduation party in the town square.

  “Lorelai cancels Rory’s party, but Luke goes ahead and plans it as a surprise.”

  and now, the reason the episode is called “Bon Voyage” :( -

  “Rory is going to Iowa. She gets a job with an online magazine.”

  :(

  and a little about season 8 and the last episode of the se****-

  “The CW is not giving up on the show but “Some of the cast” don’t want to come back. (I don’t know if this means more than one or if AB and LG returning are tied together leading to the SOME part.) and Lorelai again sees what a wonderful man Luke has been for her and Rory, even after how she treated him over the last year when he plans the surprise party.”

  Oh, and something that just popped out at me. If any one remembers, there were supposed to be flashbacks in the road trip episode of Rory when she was little. They were cut out at the last minute, if anyone was wondering.

  More great news guys! New Ausiello report! I’m soo excited, it’s the perfect solution! I’ve heard rumors too that Lauren wants to stay a little longer because her production company is under contract with the WB as well and she has a few pilots she wants to try out. I would love to see more of Lorelai and Emily while Rory is at her new job because that relationship needs to be resolved too. And I reallllly hope there’s some chance of seeing a L/L wedding or even engagement. The fans deserve it.

  Negotiations to bring Gilmore Girls back for an eighth season took a veddy interesting turn on Friday. According to multiple sources embedded deep inside Stars Hollow, Lauren Graham — she on which all things hinge — is allegedly warming to the idea of returning for a shortened season, a la Friends and Everybody Loves Raymond.

  Word of this condensed scenario was “the talk of the set” on Friday, one day before shooting on the show’s current season was scheduled to wrap. My spy was quick to add, however, that nothing’s official and it’s very possible this whole thing could unravel before anything’s signed. One thing seems clear though: this little nail-biter is speeding toward a climax.

  What do you guys think? Would you be open to a not-quite full final season if Gilmore? Or is it time to put this puppy down before she starts to suffer. Sound off below!

  they did waste way too much time with christopher! there are only five episodes left of the season - possibly the series! Five episodes will not satisfy all the die hard LL fans out there! If there was no Chris they could’ve been back together and maybe getting married at the end of this season.

  A shortened season sounds really good! I mean, it’s not as good as a full 22 episode season, but, hey, it’s better than nothing. Plus, if we do get a shorter season, maybe they can convince the cast to come back for the other half of the year! Happy, happy news!

  Jess Anonymous, who knows why Alexis is lying on the grass. She is probably just relaxing while the others were filming. Also, we don’t know if Scott and Lauren aren’t friends in real life for sure. Like I said before, it is probably just a rumor. But, you can never find out the truth unless you ask the actors themselves. I mean, if you have read what they have said about each other, then you can hardly think that they aren’t friends.

  “After weeks of repeats, the CW’s “Gilmore Girls” returns at 8 p.m. on WLVI [website] (Ch. 56). Rory brings Logan home for the Stars Hollow Spring Fling, and Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Luke (Scott Patterson) begin to make amends. Thank goodness. With no word on whether there will be an eighth season, those two need to get back together before the season finale.”
