  “Time to welcome back Gilmore Girls after a long hiatus. Big question is the future of the long-running comedy drama – there are now reports the series could return next year for an abbreviated eighth season. I’ve been a fan of Gilmore Girls, but the story has run out of steam with the departure of David Sutcliffe. His turn as the egotistical Christopher should earn him a supporting Emmy nomination. But there’s no more story here, it seems to me. Tonight, Stars Hollow is preparing for its Spring Fling festival, and there’s a surprise encounter where Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Luke (Scott Patterson) apologize to one another. Rory (Alexis Bledel) also has an interview with the Providence paper, and this seems to me a pretty good way for the show to end its successful seven-year run (CW at 8; Global at 10).”

  oooohhh why is Luke’s boating trip canceled with April?? interesting

  ummm completely disagree that we don’t need another season. I totally want a Season 8! The thing about not having the boat trip could have something to do with Anna not wanting her to go or something. I think there is really good potential for Anna to have some arguments with Lorelai. April comes to visit and gets really attached to Lorelai or Lorelai defends Luke when Anna is still being stupid. I don’t know, i just think there is alot of stuff that can happen next year. And if Alexis comes back, obviously, there is a brand new story arc for her as a reporter/journalist.

  Really great episode tonight and next week’s looks very interesting….still more story lines to take GG’s into an 8 season, even if it is abbreviated. Loved the town meeting.

  It real or fake yale unibersity college?Lol that funny Alexis sleep on the grass this pic.I just like Lauren’s dress and love Alexis’s pink coat.I not believe Rory said no,when Logan ask her marry him then say no and broke up this episode.I think Logan not good enough for Rory on Hay Bale Maze tonight,but honestly I kinda like him.Matt is very cute.Cant wait on May 8th.

  I almost cried this episode, not because of how cute Lorelei and Luke were together…well yeah that too, but just because this episode was so refreshing. It has the spark back that made the show great.

  I really hope contract negotiations go well for next year, even for an abbreviated season simply because I desperately wish that these characters get the grand finale that they deserve.

  I also liked the Rory/Logan interactions, it wasn’t any of the shallow wishy washy love scenes they have had this entire season that made me sick. They were both genuine real people who are in the same relationship. They discussed real things like how job locations affect their lives etc. Also, finally, Logan was giving guidance to his girlfriend, like he should be doing.

  omg that was a great episode!!! i was very happy with the writing, the way the show is going, and of coarse the luke and lorelai scenes!!!
  The preview for next week looked really good too!!!!

  I was there the day they filmed at usc and i took great pictures but i don’t know how to put them onto this site. If you know how to please respond. The director got alexis to sign a shirt and script for me but i was not able to meet her because she is practicing and needed to get her hair and makeup done. I also saw Liza Weil (paris) Krystin Ritter (lucy) and olivia who was wearing a graduation cap with a pink flower on top. I also have part of the script the ad assistant director gave me (=

  i no i cant live with out gilmore girls i just cant. when ever i get in trouble its not malia your grounded from going to the mall its malia your grounded from gilmore girls. i get very upet with my mom and then i dont talk to her. i cant live without gilmore girls and i cant stand not knowing wheter there will be an 8th seaon or not there has to be it cant end like this it just cant. her and logan are gunna break up and im very upset by that he is uch a hunk how can she say no. i would say yes in a heartbeat. that pic of logan is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo SEXY!
