BenBella Books, the publishers of Coffee at Luke’s, were so impressed with the fan response to the Gilmore Girls News post about the book that they wanted provide some copies for a contest.
We have 5 copies of Coffee at Luke’s: An Unauthorized Gilmore Girls Gabfest to give away.
Coffee at Luke’s is a series of essays discussing the world of Stars Hollows. From Lorelai & Rory’s relationship to Emily Gilmore, and many fun insights into the Gilmore World. For example, how would Luke’s fare against an IHOP? You can read a preview of the book here. [PDF]

To enter the contest, simply leave a comment on this post with a valid email address. You must be from the United States or Canada to enter.
On September 15, I will randomly draw 5 winners from the entries, and will email the winners for their mailing addresses. Winners will be sent their copy of Coffee at Luke’s, provided by BenBella Books.

Wow, the book sounds wonderful. My daughter and I love everything about GG and miss it very much. But, we watch the season box sets a lot. Hope to see a movie out. So yesterday I was watching a Gilmore Girl rerun on ABCFamily and realized somehow I have always missed this episode because I couldn’t remember every watching it! (I’m really going to have to save up and by the rest of the DVDs) Anyhow, it was so good…it was almost like watching a new episode! It was the episode when Luke realizes the person he is meant to be with is Lorelai…he can “see her face”. I still haven’t gotten past the fact that there will be no more new episodes….:( This show really had depth to it…I always enjoyed trying to point out some suttle reference that the writers threw in…I wouldn’t be surprised if it will be one of our modern day classics and watched for years to come…much like I Love Lucy or Leave it to Beaver…Even my dad likes to watch it…seriously and my mom I think is a bit jealous of Lorelai/Lauren Graham…haha.

I love reading books and what’s better than a book on Gilmore Girls… nothing, but chocolate comes close. It sounds like a very interesting book that any Gilmore Girl fan would like to have so of course I can’t resist wanting one myself!

I am so sad that they ended they show, but I am glad they ended on a good note. I think a book about GG will help fill the void for a little while… at least until the seventh season DVD comes out in November.

I love the Gilmore Girls so much. It was hard to let it go. They become part of your family while watching, or is it just that you want to be part of the family. I would love to have that book. It looks so cool. :)

I would love to win the book, my 2 yr old son loves gg so much.. he even can say “coffee, coffee,coffee” Tuesday nights will never be the same now that gg is gone.. My little one can sing the opening song, where you lead i will follow, he is a fan at 2.. Have all the dvd sets except for s7.. have gg coffee mugs,travel mugs etc.. the book would be a wonderful additional to me gg stuff. thanks
