A few days ago, Arieanna told you about the great new deal that Lauren Graham has with NBC. It’s good news for fans to know that she’s coming back to our screens in the near future, but at the time of the announcement, there were no details about the project itself.
So EW.com has an article asking for input from fans about what kind of new show Lauren Graham should do. So you can get involved and give your ideas for her new show. What do you want to see Lauren do? Be sure to go to the site and make your voice heard!

Wow!Wow! I can’t wait to see her on T.V again, I sure do miss her! She can be on anything and the show would be GREAT cause it is all about her, and she is a Great Actress no matter what she does! She is the Best Actress Ever!! I just love to see her all the time even if it is reruns! I am still waiting for that Gilmore Girl Movie. She looks so Beautiful on that picture, she looks so Happy and that is all that matters! Thanks

Awesome I’m so glad Lauren return to tv return on NBC for her new show next fall 2008-2009.I cant wait watch Lauren will be on tv on NBC again.I think Lauren should be drama than comedy for tv series.She is very wonderful actress and very good comedian,she is my hero.

I don’t care what it is as long as it isn’t another mother-figure role. I mean how could she possibly surpass her epic performance in Bad Santa? Been there…done that.
An idea I had was for her to be bad, not good. It lets her expand her horizons a bit.
However, I have to agree with whoever said that they would tune in watch her read the traffic report.

I think she should do some kind of drama show. She is a great comedic actress, but gilmore girls also showed that she can play a very serious role. All in all I think we should let her decide what to do she is a great actress and knows what shes doing. Lauren Graham is my hero!!!

I had an idea, how about a Reality Show about her, and her life. What she is all about! She would be great just being herself. I wouldn’t mind seeing her and Luke on a show together again, that would be Awsome!!!!! I am just glad to know that she is coming back!!!! She is my Greatest Hero Ever!!!! I just love her alot, I am watching her right now, on the Gilmore Girls!! I never get tired of seeing her on T.V, so I am so Happy to see her on any kind of show, she would be so good at anything! I absolutely LUV Lauren Graham and i cant wait to see what her new show’s going to be about! Gilmore Girls used to be my fav. show ever, but now that it’s over, I just like to watch all the reruns.

According to this, she is working on something for the CW also.
“OBJECTS OF DESIRE (The CW, New!) - “Gilmore Girls” star Lauren Graham is developing a new dramedy at the netlet about the complicated relationships among staffers of a renowned auction house. Holly Sorensen (”Friends in Low Places”) is writing the pilot script and executive producing with Graham and Kathy Ebel via their Warner Bros. Television-based Good Game Entertainment banner. As for specifics, it’s understood the hour will mix the usual workplace antics with a procedural aspect in which each object’s history is revealed over the course of the episode.”

I think i would like to see Lauren do more of a drama series on NBC.-We all know she is very funny and i think a drama series after 7 years of a comedy show would be great!!!!!!!!!!

it definitely has to be a half hour sitcom. One of the reasons she didnt want to do GG anymore was the time commitment and half hour shows are much easier on the actors. And I for one think there needs to be a great actress like Lauren to bring back funny to tv!

em: The news about that show, Objects of Desire, is old, by about a year. Graham was even only EP-ing it, developing it under her Good Game banner for Warner, so its development ended when Gg went on extended hiatus and her contract ended with Warner Studio as a direct result. What remains of that deal is some sort of internet dating show that sounds lame and IMO likely won’t go anywhere.

hey wat up? i looooved lauren and alexa in gilmore girls. it was the best show ever! i was so sad when it ended. i cried so much. i wish they would do a reunion epsiode. that would be the best.

I’ve herd so much about this! I think Lauren should get a web sit, and tv show called Lauren Daily, or something..And check out her web site and see all the fan things she has. Maybe fan’s could go on her show or something.

I am so happy she is getting a new show I havent been able to get into a show since Gilmore Girls was so unceremoniously cut from TV I really hope she does something involving comedy because her fast paced wit and satire is just too much fun it would be nice if Palladino could write another show for her.
