Samantha Who? Episode Highlights:
- Todd invites Samantha to a gallery opening of his work. On the invite, just a simple handwritten "Hey!" Not an easy signal for Sam to figure out.
- Sam can’t go and she can’t not go, because of the signals each would send. Sam decides to tell him she can’t go, but that it’s because she’s moved on.
- Todd has invited the doorman to the opening too. When Sam sees Todd, he tries to shut the elevator doors and run away.
- When Todd tells Sam that Chloe doesn’t want her at the show, Sam says she’ll be there - with a date. With someone named "Rance."
- Andrea and Sam try to tune out Dena making out with Chase
- Sam cruises a bookstore for a date - one not too hot or too much a loser. She strikes out many times
- Sam gets into a catfight with a woman who wants to buy her "bait" book - the book that was supposed to attract the right kind of guy
- A man is trying to break into his own car (Guest Star: Jerry O’Connell) and Sam decides to show him how it’s done. Then invites him to the gallery.
- Howard doesn’t like Todd’s photos and Regina is mostly there to see city people
- Sam meets up with the guy, who has been instructed to dress "average casual".
- Chloe sees Sam and goes to yell at Todd, then begging to leave (though it is his show!)
- Howard is taken with the shot of the body of a naked woman... which Regina recognizes to be Sam!
- Andrea brought a harsh art critic as her date - enjoying that it will kill Todd
- Andrea says Sam’s date, Craig, seems familiar.
- Dena ends up in some weird gallery that’s not the one where Todd is showcased - Andrea purposefully led her to the wrong place
- Sam times having Craig take off her jacket so that Todd can see, but then it gets stuck on her wrist and they battle to get it off
- The struggle triggers a flashback for Sam to a time when Craig had stolen her purse! Sam clutches her purse in fear as he drops off her coat.
- Sam is trying to escort her "mugger" out on the premise of it being a scavenger hunt, but they run into Chloe and Todd. It’s an awkward conversation where Chloe asks how long Sam and her "luva" have been dating.
- Sam has to recover when Craig starts to question why Todd is calling him Rance and why Sam seems sarcastic in reference to his owning a Jazz club.
- Craig seems angry, but then Sam confronts him with the purse theft. He says it’s possible, and Sam needs time to recover from his honesty
- Dena is ranting to the modern art guy in the box about how mean Andrea is and that she won’t let her sabotage her friendship with Sam
- Craig tells Sam his story - he was a persistent thief until she dislocated his shoulder when he mugged her. So, it prompted him to change.
- Sam then tells Craig she believes people can change and invites him to stay on their date - though Sam confirms it was his car they were breaking into
- Howard is trying to hide the photo of Sam, even from the art critic who loves it. There is mention of prom night, but Regina decides not to tell him about it.
- Chloe and Sam are acting hard to be the most vibrant ones there
- Sam tells Andrea that she kinda likes Craig and may actually be moving on. However, when the alarms go off, she yells that her date is a thief... in fact, it was Howard trying to take Sam’s photo from the gallery!
- Sam’s date is not pleased and decides to leave, opting in future to date only people he hasn’t robbed
- Regina is ashamed of Sam & Howard and bout 8 of Todd’s photos as a result
- Chloe accuses Todd of still wanting Sam after she realizes the naked photo is of Sam. Chloe asks if "these babies" are not good enough for his art and rips open her shirt.
- Todd comes to sit with Sam, who is staring at her photo. She agrees with Chloe about it, but Todd says it’s his best picture. Todd put a sold sticker on the picture because he didn’t want anyone else to have it. "Uh oh," says Sam, and "Yeah… maybe" replies Todd.
- Dena has had her revenge on Andrea - she had Chase move Andrea’s office near the copy machine!
- Todd gets a giggle out of Sam’s panic when she thinks Craig stole her wallet (it was just in the other section of her purse)

I loved this episode! It made me laugh a lot!
I think that Melissa McCarthy is hilarious!
