Sean Gunn in “Humanzee”

Sean Gunn (Kirk on Gilmore Girls) teams up with his brother James Gunn to work on a new show originally created for Xbox Live called Humanzee. James Gunn created the series and also stars in it. Sean Gunn plays his half-human half-chimp son, the Humanzee.

Xbox Live sponsors recently deemed that the show was a little too horror, not enough comedy. In the series, Humanzee likes to kill women and eat babies. So yes, it’s a little “out there”. Instead, Humanzee will be moved somewhere else (James Gunn writes). James Gunn is creating a different story for XBox Live, called Sparky and Mikaela, in which Sean Gunn will also be a part!
