“Parenthood” Preview With Lauren Graham

I just picked this up on a Google Alert, it’s a 15-second promo for Lauren Graham (Lorelai on Gilmore Girls) in her upcoming show Parenthood! The promo says the show will be coming to our airwaves in March, so there’s still some time to wait, but this is so exciting to see Lauren again!
Are you excited for the premiere of Parenthood?
Lauren Graham stars in Parenthood as Sarah Braverman, mother of 2 teenage children, Amber and Drew, both a handful. According to her character bio, she is 38 and a little disappointed with her life. She “thought she’d have more to her name than a deadbeat rocker ex-husband and a car she not-so-affectionately refers to as ‘The Crapmobile’.” (ha, the Crap Shack!). Her life in shambles and her kids “not reaching their full potential,” Sarah moves back in with Mom and Dad so her kids can have a new start. And her too.
Parenthood cast includes Peter Krause, Craig T. Nelson, Dax Shepard, Bonnie Bedelia, Monica Potter and Erica Christensen. The series begins with Sarah packing up to move back home to parents who have their own marital issues. Also in the picture are Sarah’s brother and sister, each with their own family issues. Quite the family drama, if you read the NBC info.
Parenthood is from executive producers Ron Howard, Brian Grazer and Jason Katims.
I am so excited to see Lauren on the screen again. It has been way too long for this wonderful actress. After this show picks up, I hope to see a lot more of her, also.
u can tell by the promo that her character in parenthood deff wont be ne thing like lorelai. could u imagine that scene w/ lorelai n rory?! haha

Looks like Lauren and Alexis are having a race to see who can get as far as possible from the character Rory. Lauren may be extremely funny in the new show, but if all the kids are as despicable as this one, who will care enough to watch??
I was wonder why Lauren’s character Sara look angry and try chase to the girl on Parenthood promo video,but can’t wait watch Lauren’s new show premiere on March 2010. I miss her so much until when she was on Gilmore Girls.

I don’t think it’s fair since we don’t see as much for one as for the other. I’m sure they’re both perfect for the role.
And I can’t remember what the name of the daughter is (the actress’ name actually)… Any help?
That’s okay, I got it: her name is Mae Whitman.
And I actually think Maura Tierney would have been great at it… LG has big shoes to fill in.
