Lauren Graham Nominated for Drama League Award
April 22, 2009 by Arieanna
Lauren Graham’s Broadway revival of Guys and Dolls has been nominated in the 2009 Drama League Awards. The production was nominated in the “Distinguished Revival of a Musical” category against Enter Laughing, Garden of Earthly Delights, Hair, Pal Joey, and West Side Story, the latter probably being their biggest contender.

In addition to this nomination, Lauren Graham joins the ranks of those nominated for the “Distinguished Performance Award”, which has a huge list of nominees contending for the title!
Kelly Bishop was not nominated for an award for her play, Becky Shaw, though her co-star, David Wilson Barnes, is one of the actors up against Lauren for the performance award. The big theatrical awards, the Tony Awards, have not yet announced their nominees for 2009.
